Booking + Cancellation Policy

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. Your deposit will be transferred to a service within 30 days, but you may only reschedule your appointment once. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please understand that forgetting, cancelling, or changing your appointment without sufficient notice prevents us from filling that time slot and denies waitlisted clients the opportunity to receive services.

Due to the high volume of consultations and appointments, we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. If you are unable to attend and cannot provide 72-hour notice, a fee equivalent to the full treatment cost will be charged. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future treatments or to refuse service. Treatments purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the client is more than 15 minutes late. Deposits are forfeited if an appointment is cancelled due to a no-show or lateness.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable or transferable.

  • The booking fee is forfeited if less than 72 hours' notice is provided

  • The credit card on file will be charged 50% of the appointment fee if less than 48 hours notice is provided

No Show or Missed Appointment

The credit card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment fee for no-shows or missed appointments. We reserve the right to require prepayment for future treatments and/or refuse service.

New Client Policy

All Clients must complete a consultation prior to services. Before receiving skincare treatments, clients must be on a full skincare regimen curated by Grace Kartey. Clients who have not received a skincare treatment in 6 months may be required to complete a skincare consultation to reassess skincare needs and concerns. Consultations are non-refundable

Non-Disclosure Agreement

IMAGE by Grace Kartey Inc. reserves the proprietary rights to its treatment plans, custom routines, product selection, professional treatments, etc. Treatment plans, product selection, custom routines, and professional treatments may not be shared, distributed, disclosed, or advertised without written consent.  

No exchanges or refunds on services, products, packages, and memberships. Customers are responsible for purchasing additional insurance on shipped goods. Request additional insurance on shipped goods via email (info@imagebygracekartey.com).
